Acceptable Use Policy
VPSZone provides VPS hosting for lawful websites, applications, development projects, and business workloads. This policy explains responsible use of VPS resources and activities that are not permitted on our infrastructure.
Lawful Use
VPS services must be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the VPSZone Terms of Service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for websites, applications, software, files, accounts, credentials, and other content operated through their VPS.
Malware & Malicious Code
VPS resources must not be used to distribute malware, ransomware, destructive code, unauthorized remote-access tools, or other software intended to compromise systems or data.
Phishing & Fraud
Phishing pages, credential harvesting, impersonation, fraudulent websites, payment scams, identity abuse, and similar deceptive activities are not permitted.
Spam & Abuse
VPS services must not be used for unsolicited bulk email, abusive messaging, email list abuse, malicious automation, or activities that generate significant third-party complaints.
Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access attempts, credential attacks, exploitation of systems without permission, account compromise, and unauthorized interception of data are prohibited.
Network Attacks
VPS resources must not be used to conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, distributed attacks, port abuse, network disruption, or unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Customers must have appropriate rights or authorization for content hosted or distributed through their VPS. Copyright and intellectual property complaints may be handled under the VPSZone DMCA Policy where applicable.
Personal Data & Privacy
Customers are responsible for handling personal information and sensitive data through their VPS in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Illegal Activities
VPS services must not be used to facilitate unlawful activities, unauthorized financial schemes, distribution of prohibited material, or activities that violate applicable law.
Resource Abuse
Customers should operate services within the resources included in their selected VPS plan and must not attempt to bypass technical limitations, security controls, or service restrictions.
Third-Party Impact
Customers must take reasonable steps to prevent their VPS from being used to harm, disrupt, compromise, or interfere with third-party systems, networks, services, or users.

The following examples represent prohibited or restricted activity when performed through VPSZone infrastructure.
Handling Policy Violations
When VPSZone receives a credible abuse report or identifies activity that may violate this policy, the service may be reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, applicable law, security considerations, and service terms, VPSZone may request corrective action, restrict affected resources, suspend a service, or take other appropriate measures.
Customers may be asked to provide information or take reasonable steps to address an identified issue. Actions are considered based on the nature and circumstances of the reported activity.
