Abuse Policy
VPSZone is committed to responsible VPS hosting and a secure network environment. This policy explains how abuse reports are handled and how customers are expected to respond to security, network, and service-related abuse concerns.
What Is Abuse?
Abuse may include activity that violates applicable law, the VPSZone Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or that causes unauthorized harm, disruption, or security concerns involving third-party systems or networks.
Abuse Reports
Abuse reports should contain enough information to identify the relevant service, activity, affected resource, and nature of the concern so that VPSZone can review the report appropriately.
Malware & Security Abuse
Reports involving malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, unauthorized access, credential attacks, or compromised systems may require prompt review and appropriate action.
Spam & Email Abuse
Reports concerning unsolicited bulk email, abusive messaging, compromised mail accounts, or significant email-related complaints may be reviewed as network abuse.
Phishing & Fraud
Phishing pages, credential harvesting, impersonation, fraudulent websites, deceptive services, and similar activities are prohibited and may be subject to immediate review.
Network Attacks
Denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, exploitation attempts, traffic abuse, and deliberate disruption of third-party infrastructure are not permitted.
Copyright Concerns
Copyright-related complaints may be reviewed under the VPSZone DMCA Policy or other applicable intellectual property procedures, depending on the circumstances.
Unauthorized Access
Attempts to access systems, accounts, services, networks, or data without authorization are prohibited, including credential attacks and exploitation of third-party infrastructure.
Legal & Regulatory Requests
VPSZone may review and respond to valid requests from authorized parties or competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and relevant service requirements.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securing their VPS, monitoring hosted services, maintaining appropriate software configurations, and responding to legitimate abuse concerns involving their resources.
Corrective Action
Depending on the circumstances, VPSZone may request corrective action, additional information, security remediation, or other reasonable steps to address an identified abuse issue.
Service Restrictions
Where necessary and permitted by applicable terms or law, VPSZone may restrict, suspend, or terminate affected services in response to serious, repeated, or unresolved abuse activity.

Clear and relevant information helps VPSZone understand the reported activity and identify the affected service.
