VPSZone provides virtual private server hosting services for websites, applications, development environments, and other lawful online projects. Available resources, operating systems, locations, network specifications, and features may vary by VPS plan.

Orders & Account Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information when placing an order. VPSZone may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order or provide the requested service.

Payment

Orders must be paid through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are shown before payment and may vary between VPS plans, configurations, locations, promotions, or billing periods.

Payment confirmation does not automatically guarantee service availability if an order requires verification or the selected configuration cannot be provisioned as requested.

VPS Provisioning & Delivery

VPS configuration and access information are provided after successful order processing and service provisioning. Delivery time may depend on the selected product, configuration, location, payment verification, and operational availability.

Customers are responsible for securely storing their VPS credentials and configuration information after delivery.

Acceptable Use

VPS services must be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, network policies, and third-party requirements.

• No malware, phishing, or malicious software distribution.
• No unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• No fraudulent transactions or deceptive activities.
• No activities intended to disrupt networks or services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their VPS environment, installed software, applications, data, accounts, passwords, security settings, and content hosted on the server.

Customers should maintain appropriate backups and security controls. VPSZone is not responsible for customer data that is lost due to customer configuration, deletion, software failure, or other events outside the service scope.

Service Availability

VPSZone works to provide the services described on the applicable product page. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, infrastructure issues, configuration problems, third-party dependencies, or events outside reasonable operational control.

Suspension & Termination

VPSZone may suspend or terminate a service when necessary due to non-payment, abuse, security concerns, violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or other circumstances permitted by the applicable service agreement.

Where reasonably appropriate, VPSZone may request that a customer correct an issue before further action is taken.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the VPSZone Refund Policy and the conditions stated for the applicable service. Certain purchases, renewals, upgrades, or completed service periods may not qualify for a refund.

Customers should review the applicable refund terms before completing an order.

Intellectual Property

VPSZone website content, branding, design elements, documentation, graphics, and other materials provided by VPSZone remain the property of VPSZone or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Responsibility

VPSZone provides hosting services based on the specifications and conditions presented for each product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPSZone is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, or loss of customer-managed data resulting from the use or inability to use a VPS service.

Changes to These Terms

VPSZone may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to services, operational practices, legal requirements, or payment and security procedures. The current version published on this website applies to future use and orders.
